Rise School of Real Estate

At the Rise School of Real Estate we offer the 60 hour Pre License course and 30 hour Post License course, either by Online or CD-ROM. You may enroll and start at anytime as we are a continuous school. The course can be completed in as little as few weeks or students may take up to a year if needed, for Pre License.

The cost for the Pre License is $378.00, including books.

The cost for the Post License is $190.00.

The Pre License proctored final must be taken before your year is up. Students must make a 70 or better on the final exam before taking the state exam. Once you pass our final you may schedule to take the state exam. Cost for the state exam is currently $69.00.
